My site is down what I do?

If your site is down, Please check the site from different PC with different internet connection. If still down, then please login the cPanel and check the error log. If you can't get working around cPanel then please check the service status page. If everything results are failed then open a ticket here.

I'm seeing "Resource Limit Reached". Why?

If you see this message that means you are reached at the end of resources. Your site will get functional again after the resources are free by your software or visitors. If you are seeing this frequently, then we suggest you upgrade your service to the VPS.

My account is suspended. Why?

If your account is suspended, Please check your email and read the suspend reason. If you can't find the reason, then please open a ticket here.

Error Establishing Database Connection

If you see this message, please check the correct database information you entered in the wp-config.php file in your WordPress installation directory. You can create the database from cPanel and enter the right information in the wp-config.php file.

500 Internal Server Error

If you see this message that means site has invalid code in your software, script or CMS. Please check the log carefully. Also, Please check the .htaccess files for invalid codes.

Can't login in the cPanel

That mean, your IP is blacklisted in the server or your account suspended or terminated. Please, Open A Ticket to get fix your problem.

Can I upgrade the next package?
